Due to blocking of some PlayStation Network servers, some players' consoles can't \u201csee\u201d the PSN network: the library is empty, PS Store won't open, games won't load, and creating a user gives a network error. Changing the DNS on the console helps most often. It takes 3\u20135 minutes.<\/p>

Important.<\/b> This method doesn't work for everyone: a lot depends on your provider and connection type. The settings change only on your console and can be switched back to \u201cAutomatic\u201d at any time.<\/div>

First: the library is empty (\u201cPurchased\u201d \u2014 0 games)<\/h2>

Try restoring licenses \u2014 sometimes that's enough:<\/p>

If an error appears CE-30035<\/b>, it says \u201ccould not connect to the server\u201d, or the restore screen hangs for a long time \u2014 set up DNS (addresses and instructions for PS4 and PS5 are below).<\/p>

Which addresses to enter<\/h2>

Enter them on two lines \u2014 \u201cPrimary\u201d and \u201cSecondary\u201d. Tap an address to copy it. The first pair doesn't always work<\/b> \u2014 if the error persists, restart the console and try the next one on the list.<\/p>
