This Consent is executed as a separate document in accordance with Art. 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data” (as amended effective September 1, 2025) and is not part of the offer, agreement or any other document.
By ticking the consent box and (or) using the features of the website fantom-market.com and the Telegram bots @fantom_gsm_bot and @fantom_market_bot (hereinafter, the “Website”) that involve the transfer of personal data (registration, sign-in, placing and paying for an order, contacting support), the personal data subject (hereinafter, the “User”) freely, of their own will and in their own interest gives consent to the FANTOM Market website administration (hereinafter, the “Operator”) to process their personal data on the following terms.

2. List of personal data
Name (and surname, if provided); email address; Website account login; Telegram ID and username (when signing in or linking); gaming account details that the User provides to fulfil the order (login, region, password, backup codes); IP address and technical browser data; information about orders, payments and the internal balance (without full bank card details).
3. Purposes of processing
Registering and maintaining an account; placing, fulfilling and delivering orders; processing payments and refunds; sending order notifications and receipts; support and feedback; protection against fraud and unauthorized access; improving the Website.
4. Processing actions and methods
Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access) to the extent specified in the Privacy Policy, blocking, deletion, destruction — with and without automation tools (mixed processing).
5. Validity period
The consent is valid from the moment it is given until the purposes of processing are achieved or until the User withdraws it.
6. Withdrawal of consent
The User may withdraw the Consent at any time by sending a message to [email protected] with the subject “Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing”. After the withdrawal, the Operator stops processing and destroys the data within the timeframes set by law, except data that must be retained by law (for example, payment records).
7. User rights
The User’s rights are set out in Article 14 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ. The detailed processing procedure is described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Accuracy of data
The User confirms that the data they provide is accurate and belongs to them. The User is responsible for sharing third parties’ data without their consent.
