How to submit a request
If you believe that materials on the Website infringe your copyright, related rights or trademark rights, write to [email protected] with the subject “Rights infringement”. In your request, include:
- information about the applicant: for an individual — full name, passport details (series, number, issued by and date), phone and email; for a legal entity — name, TIN, phone and email;
- for a representative — additionally a power of attorney or another document confirming their authority;
- the object of rights (work, designation) that you believe has been infringed;
- a link to the Website page where the disputed material is posted;
- documents confirming your rights;
- a statement that you did not authorize the posting of the disputed material;
- consent to the processing of personal data of the applicant and of the persons named in the request (if the applicant is an individual).
How requests are handled
If the information is insufficient, we’ll tell you what needs to be added; without it we can’t assess whether the request is justified.
Once we receive a complete request, we will, if necessary, ask suppliers for information on the right to use the disputed materials and decide whether to remove or change them.
The result is sent to the email specified in the request. Review usually takes 2–5 business days; with a large number of requests it may take longer.
