A PlayStation Store top-up code (PSN gift card) adds funds to the account wallet. You can then use them to buy games, add-ons and a PS Plus subscription. The code is tied to the store's region, so first check which country your account is registered in and buy a code for the same region. We have PlayStation codes for Turkey, India, Poland, the USA and other countries.
On PS5 and PS4 consoles
- Sign in on the console to an account from the same region as the code.
- Open PlayStation Store. On PS5, press "…" (three dots) next to the search bar; on PS4, open the store's left-hand menu.
- Select "Redeem Codes" (Redeem Codes).
- Enter the 12-digit code without hyphens and press "Continue".
- Confirm. The amount will appear in the account wallet right away.
From a phone or computer
Open store.playstation.com, sign in, click the profile icon and select "Redeem Code". In the PS App, enter the code in the PlayStation Store section via the "…" menu. This method is handy if your console is far away or the store won't open on it.
Errors and what they mean
- "Code is not valid in your region." The account region and the code don't match. A code can't be transferred to another region, so check your account's country before buying: on the console, go to "Settings → Users and Accounts → Account → Profile Info".
- "Code has already been used." A code can be redeemed only once. Check whether you have entered it before, and contact us with your order number.
- "Code not recognized." Usually a typo: the letter O instead of zero, I instead of one. Enter it again, without hyphens or spaces.
- The amount was credited in the wrong currency. This is normal: the wallet is kept in the currency of the account's region, and the code was issued in that currency too.
If you don't have enough on the code or don't want to bother
